摘 要:目的研究微波辐射对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法微波辐射后测定血清IgG浓度,T淋巴细胞,酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)阳性率,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,小鼠胸腺、脾脏指数。结果与对照相比,1,5 mW/cm2组IgG含量明显升高(P<0.01),15 mW/cm2组则显著降低(P<0.01);各辐射组ANAE阳性率均显著降低(P<0.01);1 mW/cm2组吞噬率有显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,脾脏指数在15 mW/cm2组明显下降。在辐射21 d后,暴露组小鼠血清IgG浓度明显增高(P<0.05);微波辐射15,21 d后,暴露组吞噬率、吞噬指数与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.01);辐射9,21 d后脾脏指数较对照组显著增高(P<0.01)。结论微波辐射对小鼠机体免疫功能具有明显的影响,表现为体液免疫、细胞免疫和非特异免疫功能的改变。微波对免疫功能的影响因微波辐射的强度和辐射时间的不同而有不同的表现。Objective To sudy the effects of microwaves on immune functions in mice, and to understand the role of microwave radiation on immune function. Methods Mice were decapitated to determine the following parameters: the content of immunoglobulin G (IgG) in serum, ANAE positive rate in lymphocyte of peripheral blood, the peritoneal macrophage phagocytic capacity (phagncytosis index and phagocytosis rate), thymus index and spleen index. Results Experiment one: The contents of IgG in serum in 1mW/cm^2 treatment groups were significant higher than that of control (P 〈 0.01 ), but lower than that of control in 15 mW/cm^2 treatment group (P 〈 0.01 ) ;The ANAE positive rates of lymphocytes from peripheral blood in every treatment group were decreased significantly compared with control ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; A significant enhancement of peritoneal macrophage phagocytic capacity (pagocytosis rate) was obserbed in mice irradiated at 1 mW/cm^2( P 〈 0.05) ;The spleen index in 15 mW/cm^2 treatment group were significant lower than that of control. Experiment two: The content of IgG in serum tended to increase in accompany with prolong of irradiative duration and showed significant difference (P〈 0.01 ) compared with control at 21^st day; microwaves with different duration irradiation could decrease the Peritoneal macrophage phagocytes capacity at 15^th and 21^st day compared with sham irradiation group, There was a significant increase in spleen index in microwave group compared with the false irradiated group at 9^th, 21^st days. Conclusion 1. Microwaves irradiation can affect the immune function obviously, including the changes of humoral immunity, cellular immunity and nonspecific immunity. 2. There are different effects of microwaves irradiation on the immune function according to the different power density and different irraqdiative duration.
