摘　　要：以邻硝基甲苯为原料,经光氯化、Holfmann氨化反应及Raney Ni催化下水合肼还原反应合成了邻氨基苄胺,用红外光谱、质谱及1HNMR对产物结构进行了表征。在优化条件下,产物的总收率为65.4%,纯度98.6%(HPLC)。In this paper, the method of preparation for o-aminobenzylamine was briefly reviewed and, starting from o-nitrotoluene, it was synthesized by photochlorination followed by Hoffmann amination and reduced by hydrazine hydrate in the presence of Raney Ni. The structure was identified by IR, MS and ^1HNMR. By optimization, the yield and purity reached to 65.4% and 98.6 % （HPLC） respectively.
