双甲五灵胶囊与肝纤维化血清TIMP-1的变化及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自行研制的中药双甲五灵胶囊治疗慢性肝炎患者前后血清基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂1(TIMP1)的变化及意义,并观察双甲五灵胶囊治疗的临床疗效。方法将226例慢性肝炎患者随机分为双甲五灵胶囊治疗组和对照组,观察两组治疗半年前后临床症状、体征、肝功能、血清透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)、层粘连蛋白(LN)以及TIMP1的变化,并进行统计学处理。结果双甲五灵胶囊治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组患者临床症状、体征、肝功能及血清肝纤维化指标明显好转(P<0.01)。结论双甲五灵胶囊可使患者血清中TIMP1水平明显降低,用于防治肝纤维化有效。双甲五灵胶囊对防治慢性肝炎肝纤维化有一定效果。Objective To observe change of tissue inhibitor of metaltopruteinases-1（TIMP-1） in human serum and the effect of Shuangjia-Wuling capsule on hepatic fibrosis. Methods 226 patients with chronic hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups： Shuangjia-wuling capsule group and control group. Then we observed the changes of two groups after half year and dealed with statistics, clinical symptoms and signs, liver function and the mark of liver fibrosis ： hyalaluronia acid（HA）, procollagen type Ⅲ （PC Ⅲ）, proeollagen type Ⅳ（ CⅣ） and laminin（LN）and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1 （TIMP-1）. Results A significant improving of clinical symptoms and signs,liver function and the mark of liver fibrosis in the patients treated with Shangjia-wuling capsule（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Shuangjia-wuling can reduce the serum level of TIMP-1, and has good effect on hepatic fibrosis. Shuangjia-wuling capsule is good for prevention and treatment of the chromic hepatitis arid hepatic fibrosis.
