摘　　要：在经济全球化的背景下,在经济发展促进社会进步,加快人类历史进程的同时,也导致人类突发公共卫生事件的发生几率大幅提高,各类灾害病种不断增加,给人类健康和生命安全带来严重威胁,对医院的应急性抢救的组织管理提出了严峻的挑战。因此,近年来不断完善突发事件中群体伤员抢救的护理管理及急诊科护理急救流程并督促实施,当接到突发性、灾难性、群体性事故通知时,快速进行人员、物资、药品调度,为抢救病人赢得了宝贵时间。Along with the globalizing economy,the development of economy promoted the advancement of human society and the progress of human history,which led to an increasing happening of sudden public healty events,The kinds of disaster diseases increased continuonsly.All these threatened the human＇s heahthy and life severely and put forward great challenge to the hospital＇s management of first aide.Therefone,the nursing management and the flow of the group wounded rescue in sudden events was improved continuously in the emergency room.When receiving sudden-disaster-colony accident message,the nurses in emergency room reacted immediately and arranged personnel.materials,and druge quickly,saving time to save the patients.
