摘　　要：本文就医疗、教学、科研单位,购买引进的甲类、乙类大型医疗设备的安装过程中,论及项目执行管理的流程。并结合工作实践,阐述了流程管理的程序及相关技术管理,大型医疗设备的检测验收和临床应用功能的验证等相关的实施过程。The article introduced the process of the performance and management of theinstalation of size A and B＇ s large medical equipment purchased by medical teaching or scientific units. And combined with the work practice,it talks about the procedure of the process management and the technical management, and checking of the large medical equipment.Furthemore, it also talks about the performance process concerned with the identification of its clinical function.
