摘　　要：上海轨道交通1号线DC01型直流传动车辆在运行中因蓄电池应急供电后电压跌落,造成辅助逆变器起动失效,从而导致车辆丧失运营能力。在分析DC01型电动列车辅助逆变器控制器构成和功能的基础上,讨论了产生该故障的原因。通过提高动作保护电流的限界值、实施智能式分级起动控制方案等措施可改善控制器的性能。Because of the falling down of the battery voltage after an emergent power supply in the revenue service, the auxiliary inverter usually failed to start. This paper seeks for the reasons of the failure, with an analysis of the auxiliary inverter and its functions, and discusses the solving measure.s to optimize the auxiliary inverter of the controller, such as the enhancement of the clearance of operational/protection current and the intelligent split ranging control, etc..
