褶合光谱法考察氟罗沙星与常用注射液的配伍稳定性  被引量:2

摘  要:目的考察室温下8 h内氟罗沙星与7种常用注射液(5%GS,10%GS,5%GNS,10%GNS,复方氯化钠注射液,NS,乳酸钠注射液)的配伍稳定性。方法采用褶合光谱法,结合外观和pH值检查法,并以差谱值予以定量表达。结果在室温下8 h内,氟罗沙星与7种常用注射液配伍后,外观和pH值变化不显著;用褶合光谱法考察结果:氟罗沙星除与乳酸钠注射液的差谱值<10%外,与其他配伍液的差谱值均>10%。结论室温下8 h内,除氟罗沙星与乳酸钠注射液配伍后溶液较稳定外,与其余6种常用注射液的配伍溶液均不稳定。AIM To observe the chemical stability of seven common injections(5 % glucose injection, 10'% glucose injection, 5% glucose and sodium chloride injection, 10% glucose and sodium chloride injection, compound sodium chloride injection, 0.9 % sodium chloride injection, sodium lactate injection) mixed with fleroxacin at room temperature for 8 h. METHODS Combined with appearance and test pH valume by convolution spectrometry, the results were described quantitatively by subtract spectrometry value. RESULTS There were no obvious changes in the appearance and pH valume in 8 h. The subtract spectrometry values of fleroxacin with sodium lactate injection were less than 10% during 8h and the others were more than 10% by convolution spectrometry. CONCLUSION Fleroxacin isn't stability to be mixed with other common injections except sodium lactate injection at room temperature for 8 h.
