复方阿替卡因在儿童牙体牙髓无痛治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方阿替卡因在儿童牙体牙髓无痛治疗中的应用。方法:对50例患者的63颗患牙进行局部粘膜下浸润麻醉,电测牙髓活力反应及医患共同评价麻醉效果。结果:上颌牙齿及下前牙牙髓麻醉总有效率达100%,下颌后牙总有效率为84.0%,总体有效率为93.7%。结论:复方阿替卡因用于儿童牙体牙髓治疗显效快,麻醉明显,使儿童牙体牙髓治疗真正达到无痛效果。Objective： To discuss the application of primaeaine adrenaline in children＇s odontoloty and endodontic anodyia therapy. Methods： Primacaine adrenaline was administrered to 63 teeth of 50 patients by means of local infiltration anesthesia. The teeth were tested with the electric pulp tester, and the effect of anesthesia was evaluated by doctors and patients. Results： The effective rate was 100% in the maxillary teeth and mandibular aherior teeth, 84% in the mandibular permolar and molar teeth. The total effective rate was 93.7%. Conclusions： Primacaine adrenaline has the rapid and evident anesthesia effect, and can be used with pain in children＇s odontoloty and endodontic therapy.
