摘　　要：目的:探讨影响医院制剂卫生学状况的因素。方法:回顾性分析武汉市儿童医院2004年616批次制剂微生物限度检查情况。结果:616批次医院制剂微生物限度检查总合格率为96.9%。结论:影响医院制剂微生物限度检查结果的原因主要有原料和包装材料被污染,也有由于不遵守生产操作规范而造成。Objective： To investigate the factors that affect the hygienic condition of hospital preparations, Methods： Retrospectively analyzed microorganism limitation test of 616 batches of hospital preparations made by Wuhan children＇s hospital in 2004. Results： Total eligible rate of microorganism limitation test of the 616 batches is 96.9%. Conclusions： The main factors affecting microorganism limitation test of hospital preparations are the pollution of raw materials and packing materials and the breaking of producing rules is another reason.
