摘 要:以亚种间杂交稻协优9308为材料,采用挂牌标记的方法,研究了不同时期出生的分蘖最上一片完全展开叶激素水平随水稻发育进程的动态变化以及激素水平与分蘖成穗率的相关性。结果表明,分蘖功能叶中IAA、GA1、ABA含量的变化特征各不相同;分蘖成穗率与功能叶中IAA含量呈极显著正相关,与功能叶中ABA含量呈极显著负相关,与功能叶中(IAA+GA1)/ABA呈极显著正相关。Super hybrid rice Xieyou 9308 was planted as experimental material, the hormone contents in functional leaves from different tillers were analyzed by means of ELISA. At the same time, in order to clarify the correlation between hormones and panicle setting rate, different tillers were labeled to follow up their panicle setting rate. It was showed that the level of IAA, GA1 and ABA in functional leaves from different tillers played a different fluctuation pattern while these tillers growed up. There were a positive correlation (at 0.01 significant level) between IAA level in functional leaves of tillers and their panicle setting rate, a negative correlation (at 0.01 significant level) between ABA level and panicle setting rate, and a positive correlation (at 0.01 significant level) between the ratio of (IAA + GA1 )/ABA and panicle setting rate.
