摘 要:利用爆炸喷涂方法制备了不同比例的WC-12Ni/NiCrBSi涂层,研究了NiCrBSi含量对涂层的组织形貌、硬度与结合强度的影响,用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了涂层的滑动磨损行为。结果表明:由于NiCrBSi的加入,改善了WC颗粒的熔融状态,提高了涂层的结合力,涂层中含15%的NiCrBSi时,可以明显的提高涂层的磨损抗力。The WC - 12Ni/NiCrBSi coating were prepared by detonation gun spraying with different NiCrBSi contents. The effect of NiCrBSi content on the structure morphology, hardness and bonding strength of the coatings were analyzed and the wear behavior of the coating was examined by SEM and EDAX, The results showed that the bonding strength of the coating was increased and the melting state of WC particles was improved because NiCrBSi was added. When the NiCrBSi content was 15%, the wear resistance of the coating was improved greatly.
