摘　　要：用环氧树脂、聚酰胺树脂为主要原料制备阴极树脂并分散成乳液,再与色浆按3∶1的比例混合,加入适量的水,配制成固体分19%的槽液,熟化后进行电泳涂装。对槽液性能、涂料耐性和泳极状况进行了分析测试,并介绍了双组分阴极电泳漆的优点。The epoxy resin and polyamide resin,as main raw materials,are dispersed into emulsion,then mixed with colorant at 3∶1 ratio and some water to prepare the bath liquid,where after conditioning electrodeposition process can be conducted.The bath liquid,coatings performance and deposited plate are analyzed.The advantages of two-component cathodic electrodeposition paint are given.
