摘　　要：介绍了以UGNXV3.0作为模具开发平台设计三通管件注射模的过程,探讨了注射模设计的一般方法,解决了设计与制造过程中的一些难点,实现了智能软件与实际设计的结合,提高了模具设计的效率及塑料制品的生产效率。The design process of injection mold of T-joint tube on the mold developing platform of UG NX V3.0 is introduced, the usual methods of injection mold design is discussed, and some difficult points during design and manufacture are solved, the combination between intelligent software and actual design is realized, as well as mold design efficiency and productive efficiency of plastic products are improved.
