摘　　要：介绍了利用浮动凸模来提高零件拉伸成形性能的方法。通过此方法,在拉伸过程中,凸模浮动的力转化成进料力,增加了板料的流动能力,从而提高成形能力。此方法经过生产实践证明可行,并且模具结构简单,工件质量好。The article introduces a method to improve the forming property with floating punch. Adapting this method, the force for lifting the punch becomes the force which makes the material flow so as to make the material easy to flow and improve the forming property. The method has been proved efficient to improve forming property in some case. Furthermore, the die structure is simple and the products quality is fine.
