摘 要:碾压混凝土与常态混凝土相比,改变了材料配比和施工工艺,且具有施工速度快、工期短、造价低等优势,越来越广泛地应用到水利工程建设中。玄庙观水库大坝设计为全断面碾压混凝土双曲拱坝,简要介绍玄庙观水库大坝碾压混凝土原材料品质检测、比选,室内配合比试验,推荐配合比的现场试验以及施工配合比的确定过程,施工应用中VC值的动态控制,质量检测结果。实践表明,玄庙观水库大坝碾压混凝土施工配合比是一项成功的配合比。Comparing the RCC with normal concrete, it changed the material mix and the construction work and it has the optimization of fast construction, short construction period and the less cost, therefore, it is more and more widely used in the construction of water resources projects. The dam of Xuanmiaoguan reservoir is designed as full-face RCC double-curvature arch dam. In this paper, the quality test of original material of RCC for the dam of Xuanmiaoguan, the selection,mix test in door, the proposed site test of the mix proportion and the determining process for the mix proportion of the construction, the dymamic control of VC value used in the construction, the results of quality test are all introduced. It is shown in the practice that the mix proportion of RCC construction for the dam of Xuanmiaoguan reservoir is a successful mix proportion.
