摘　　要：The efficient and benefit is the rate of the input and output,but the efficient and benefit of the industry is the rate between all consume of the material and labor in the producing process,one of the most important indicator to evaluate the efficient and benefit is the productivity.The optimal the efficient and benefit of the industry is the base to practice the production activity and the important goal for a country.The result of positive study shows that the China’s economy growth is mainly comes from the investment,the efficient and benefit of industry has been increasing from 1998;The efficient and benefit of heavy industry is better than that of light industry,the important goal of industry development is to increase the efficient and benefit of light industry in the future.The efficient and benefit is the rate of the input and output, but the efficient and benefit of the industry is the rate between all consume of the material and labor in the producing process, one of the most important indicator to evaluate the efficient and benefit is the productivity.
