摘　　要：本文叙述东芝Ⅲ型电视回扫变压器的改进工作。原设计体积小、性能好,但采用0.04mm漆包线及U_(13)磁芯,只能用于18英寸彩电,且高温负载能力低。改进后采用0.05mm漆包线及反偏磁的恒磁片,提高了功率容量。目前,已生产销售6万只,经使用说明提高了可靠性。In this paper some improvements on Flyhack Transformers used in Toshiba Ⅲ TV sets are described. In the original design, though the transformer has small Volume and good electrical characteristics 0.04mm wire and U_(13) magnetic cores, but has relatively low loading capability at high temperature while there are numerous cases of breakdown failures, and can only be used for 18 inch or smaller colour television sets. In the improved design 0.05 mm wire is used, the magnetic core is still U_(13), but a counter-biasing permanent magnet is added to raise its power handling capability. About 60000 sets were manufactured and sold with an acceptable failure rate of the flyback transformer at many TV repair stores. Hence the reliability is also increased.
