摘  要:综述了高性能聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维的研究进展;介绍了超高相对分子质量和高立构规整度的PVA 制备方法;详述了凝胶纺丝制备高性能PVA纤维的工艺及其影响因素:纤维结构、拉伸工艺、溶剂、凝固剂种类、凝固浴温度等。展望了高性能PVA纤维的发展动向和应用前景;指出高聚合度、高间规度PVA纤维是其研究方向。The research progress in high-performance polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber was reviewed in recent years. The production technologies of PVA with ultrahigh relative molecular weight mass and high stereo-taetieity were introduced. The gel spinning process of high-performance PVA fiber was described, and the influential factors including fiber structure, drawing process, solvents, coagulant varieties and coagulation bath temperature, etc. were discussed. The developing trend and application prospects for high-performance polyvinyl alcohol fiber were predicted. It was pointed out that the development of PVA fiber should be focused on high polymerization degree and high stereo-tacticity.
