摘　　要：认为对网络信息资源知识产权法律关系的主体应定位于三个层次进行探讨——首先是主体的范围,其次是主体的法律属性,然后是主体之间的关系,三者层层递进。在此基础上,认为其主体由国内、国外两部分组成,并构建出4个类别和两个层次的主体属性分析模型。最后探讨约定和法定的主体关系。This paper studies the subjects of the legal relations of network information resource intellectual property from three different levels. The first level is the scope of subjects, the second is the legal characteristics of the subjects, and the third is the interrelation between subjects, in which all three levels increase succersfully. Based on the analysis, this paper deems that the subjects consist of the national and international parts. By using a four-type and two-level subject characteristic analysis model, the paper explores the conventional and legal subject relations.
