应用LOGISTIC回归分析山羊胚胎移植妊娠率影响因素的研究

摘　　要：选用30只波尔山羊作供体,89只奶山羊作受体进行胚胎移植,采用LOGISTIC回归分析影响受体妊娠率的影响因素。结果表明:受体发情状况和移植方式对妊娠率产生决定性作用,胚胎发育阶段也会极显著影响妊娠率。LOGISTIC回归分析可有效的应用于繁殖类试验。Boer goats were used as donor and 89 white goats as recipient to carry embryo transfer. Study was done on the factors affecting the pregnancy rate of recipient through Logistic regression analysis. Results show： estrus status of recipient and transfer method are the determining factors for pregnancy rate. The stage of embryo development also has obvious effect on the pregnancy rate. Logistic regression analysis can be applied in the study on the propagate experiment.
