摘  要:用浓度为0.1mg/ml的壳聚糖喷施黄瓜幼苗叶片,研究壳聚糖对黄瓜蔗糖代谢的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖能提高蔗糖磷酸合酶和蔗糖合酶合成方向的酶活性,对蔗糖合酶分解方向的酶活性有一定的抑制作用,并对叶片中的转化酶活性有一定促进作用。而且壳聚糖能提高黄瓜叶片中蔗糖含量。Effect of 0. 1mg/ml ehitosan on sucrose metabolism of the cucumber treated on leaf was studied. The results showed that the synthetic activity of sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) and sucrose synthase (SS) were greatly increased. The cleavage activity of sucrose synthase, however, was weakly decreased. Furthermore, the aetivity of invertase was weakly increased. In addition, the contents of suerose of leaf were increased obviously.
