摘　　要：对牛连续超排的方法及影响因素进行了分析,总结了5种能够取得良好效果的牛连续超数排卵方法。影响牛连续超排处理反应的主要因素是超数排卵处理的方案,供体状况,体重,季节,营养状况,发情周期,产后时间,药物的批号(质量)、用量和比例以及注射程序等。Thetechnology of continued superovulation is the key to embryo transplant. Researchers concluded many methods of superovulation by studying for many years. Superovulation is affected by many factors because it is a complicated physiological course. The response of continued superovulation in cow depends on the project of superovulation,cow condition,season ,nutrition,phase of oestrus cycle,interval of post partum, number （quality）of hormone,dosage and proportion of drug arid procedure of injection et al. The authors introduced some methods of superovulation and analysed the factors that ＇affected the effect of continued superovulation. The aim is to provide reference data for further study.
