论“三江源”地区生态移民与可持续发展

摘　　要：“三江源”地处青藏高原腹地,是长江、黄河、澜沧江的发源地,素有“中华水塔”之称。源区的生态环境变化直接关系到区域乃至全国的生态安全。近年来,随着全球气候的变化和不合理的人为活动,使“三江源”地区的生态环境急剧恶化。因而,科学合理地实施生态移民工程是加快“三江源”地区生态环境建设步伐和建设小康社会的重要途径。Three river sources are located in the hinterland of Qinghai - Tibet Plateau and the birthplace of the Changjiang River , the Yellow River , Lancang River, have the praise of ＂Chinese water tower＂. The ecological environment change of the source district concerns directly the ecology in area and even the whole country is safe, all have important influence on national and even global atmosphere , water yield circulation. In recent years, with the changes and unreasonable artificial activities of the global climate, make the ecological environments of the sharply . Therefore science reasonable implementation ecological immigrant project to accelerate three river source area ecological environment construction pace and build important way of well-off society.
