摘　　要：结合安徽医科大学图书馆的实际情况,从资源建设、馆员素质、个性化服务等三个方面阐述了信息时代医学图书馆的读者服务工作,寻求为读者提供更全面、更优质的服务。Based on the practice of medical college libraries this article approached the reader service in medical college libraries in the information times from three aspects such as resource development, librarian quality, and individual service in order provide overall and perfect service to readers.
