摘　　要：[目的]探索以社区为基础对吸毒人员进行降低危害干预的模式。[方法]通过以社区为基础的同伴教育、针具交换与安全套促进,在部门、家庭和社区相结合的干预和关爱下降低危害。[结果]目标人群的相关知识增长,危险行为降低。[结论]初步建立了以社区为基础对吸毒人员进行降低危害干预的模式。Objective： To explore the community-based model on harm reduction among the drug users. Methods： By the community-based activities of the peer education, the needle exchange and the condom promotion to develop intervention and care jointly by sectors, families and communities. Results： The knowledge has increased and the risk behaviors have decreased among the target population. Conclusion： The community-based model of harm reduction in the drug users has been established primarily.
