摘　　要：[目的]探讨美沙酮维持治疗这一在其他国家较成功的预防艾滋病的方法在中国的可行性和有效性。[方法]营造个旧市社区开展美沙酮维持治疗的支持性环境,提高个旧市美沙酮维持治疗门诊的运作能力,针对目标人群及其家属的需求开展心理干预活动,以配合美沙酮门诊工作,并促进不同技术手段之间的整合。[结果]为个旧市药物滥用者和吸毒人群搭建了平台,减少毒品危害。[结论]美沙酮维持治疗不仅仅需要医疗、药物的支持,还需要心理干预小组活动、家庭联谊会和心理咨询等活动的支持,这是促进主要利益群体更大程度参与艾滋病防治工作的重要手段,也是开展和推广美沙酮维持治疗工作之前应给予充分重视的问题。Objective： To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of methadone maintenance treatment approach in China, the successful way to prevent HIV/AIDS in other countries. Methods： In Gejiu City, to create the supportive surroundings to develop community-based methadone maintenance treatment, to enhance the operative ability of the clinics for methadone maintenance, and to develop the psyco-intervention activities focusing on the needs of target population and their families to help the work in clinics and promote the integration of various techniques. Results： To set up the platform for drug users and reduce the harm of drug. Conclusions： The development of methadone maintenance treatment needs not only the medical support but also the support of activities of the grouped psyco-intervention, the family parties and psyco- counseling which are the important means to promote the more beneficiaries＇ participation in HIV/AIDS prevention and meanwhile which should be taken attention before developing and scaling up the methadone maintenance.
