摘　　要：[目的]提高小姐人群艾滋病/性病知识的知晓率及安全套推广使用率,遏制艾滋病在多性伴人群中的流行。[方法]在小姐人群中选取同伴教育小姐,由她们进行对其他小姐的同伴教育。[结果]建立了行之有效的同伴教育网络,促进目标人群的知识提高及行为的改变。[结论]小姐同伴教育体系运作取得成功经验,有效地促进了目标人群参与项目工作。Objective： To enhance the awareness rate of STD/AIDS knowledge and the using rate of condoms among the women in entertainment establishments and to curb the HIV/AIDS transmission among people with multi sex partners. Methods： Choosing the women in entertainment establishments as educators to develop peer education. Results： The feasible peer education network has been established and the knowledge and behaviors of target population have changed. Conclusion： The operation of peer education system among women working in entertainment establishment has gained successful experiences and promoted the target populations to participate in the project work.
