摘　　要：[目的]了解公路沿线路边店卖淫妇女艾滋病预防知识、态度、行为状况,探索有针对性的行为干预模式并对其实施效果及可行性进行评价。[方法]采用定性和定量研究相结合的方法,对行为干预前、后调查问卷进行评价。[结果]通过行为干预,艾滋病相关知识知晓率显著上升,态度及高危行为明显改善,在发生商业性行为时安全套使用率大大提高。[结论]项目实施方法可行、效果良好,但态度和安全性行为的改变并不容易,应深入持久地开展艾滋病的行为干预,同时针对嫖客广泛开展行为干预工作。Objective： To learn about the knowledge, attitude, behavior on HIV/AIDS in waitresses working in inns around roads to explore the special model of behavior intervention and the evaluation approach on the operative effects. Methods： Combining quality approach and qualitative approach to evaluate the survey questionnaires before and after behavior intervention. Results： After the behavior intervention, the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge has raised markedly, the attitude and high-risk behaviors have improved obviously, and the rate of condom using has increased much better when having commercial sex. Conclusions： The approach of project operation is feasible and achieves good effect; it is not easy to change the attitude and safe sex behavior so that the HIV/AIDS behavior intervention should be developed deeply and continuously and meanwhile the intervention work focusing on the men buying sex should be undertaken.
