摘　　要：2005年12月19日,国家广电总局召开科技委七届三次会议,总局王太华局长到会并发表了讲话。王太华局长在讲话中高度评价了科技工作在广捕影视宣传、安全播出、传输覆盖、事业及产业发展等工作中的重要性,并提出三点意见。本刊全文刊登王太华局长的讲话,供大家学习、领会。December 19, 2005. the Stale Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) held the 3rd session of its 7th scientific and technological committee, at which Director of SARFT Wang Taihua delivered a speech. In his speech he highly appraised the important role of the scientific and technological work in the propaganda over radio, film and television, in safe broadcasting, in transmission and coverage, in cause and industry development, and put forward three pieces of advice.
