摘　　要：本文是张海涛副局长在总局科技委七届三伙会议上代表总局党组所傲的报告。张海涛副局长在报告中对“十一五”广摊影视科技和事业发展进行了全面总结;分析了当前我国广播影视面临的形势,介绍了“十一五”广播影视科技和事业的发展思路及主要任务;对继续充分发挥科技委的作用提出几点要求。This article is a report delivered by Deputy Director Zhang Haitao to the 3rd session of the 7th scientific and technological committee of SARFT on behalf of SARFT's leading Party group. In his report he made a comprehensive summing-up of developing radio, film and television science, technology and cause during the 10th Five-Year Plan, analyzed the situation our radio, film and television currently face, introduced the ideas and main tasks of developing radio, film and television science, technology and cause during 11th Five-Year Plan and put forward several demands on continuing to give full scope to the scientific and technological committee. .
