摘　　要：以1-萘乙酸和生产聚乙烯醇产生的醇解废液为原料合成1-萘乙酸甲酯。在催化剂用量为1-萘乙酸质量的80%,醇解废液用量为100 mL,回流时间为9 h,反应温度为回流温度的最佳工艺条件下,1-萘乙酸甲酯的产率为77.3%。Methyl 1-naphthylacetate was synthesized by 1-naphthylacetic acid with the byproduct of producing PVA using sodium bisulfate as catalyst. The optimum condition of synthesis was determined as follows： catalyst 80% （based on the mass of 1-naphthylacetic acid）, byproduct 100 mL, reaction time 9 h and reaction temperature reflux temperature, the ester yield was up to 77.3%.
