摘  要:研究了不饱和聚酯树脂(191#)中填充不同非金属矿物时,不饱和聚酯树脂的阻燃作用。采用氧指数法对水镁石、菱镁矿(以碱式碳酸镁代替)和透闪石等填料的阻燃作用进行了研究。经比较,水镁石的阻燃作用最好。讨论了水镁石的粒度和添加比对阻燃性的影响。结果表明:水镁石的粒度(目数)对氧指数(OI)影响较小;添加比对氧指数(OI)影响较大。当不饱和聚酯树脂与水镁石的质量比为1∶3时,氧指数为46.0。填充水镁石后的不饱和聚酯树脂可用于各种防火、阻燃场合。The paper studied the flame-retarded action of unsaturated polyester resin filled with three kinds of nonmetallic minerals (brucite, unsaturated polyester resin magnesite, tremolite). The brucite is the most suitable for filling in unsaturated polyester resin. The experimental results showed that the particle rang of brucite in unsaturated polyester resin had very small effect on OI; but the ratio of brucite in unsaturated polyester affects OI very largely. The ration of brucite in unsaturated polyester resin is 3:1 and the OI of resin is 46.0. Unsaturated polyester resin packed with brucite could be used to various fireproofing or flame-ratarded situation.
