摘　　要：研究了国内ＥＭＳ开发中的问题，分析对比了作为ＥＭＳ基础的支持软件的几种方案，介绍了电力自动化研究院基于上述分析和总结以往开发经验而开发的新一代ＥＭＳ系统ＳＤ－６０００的设计及其在淄博电网中的实际应用。The design of the open and distributed energy management system styled SD-6000 with the unique support software plateform and its application including all the EMS function like SCADA, PAS, DTS, real time operational sequence card Generating etc in Zibo district power system are described in this paper, some technical points of view of the support software plateform are also discussed.
