摘 要:首先分析了火焰图象处理中单色性选择的意义,然后重点介绍了在200MW电站锅炉上实现的炉膛燃烧二维温度分布检测的试验研究。结果显示,即使炉内燃烧工况比较平稳,燃烧温度的波动幅度也达到180K;燃烧温度随燃料调节呈现相应变化;过热器壁温及烟气含氧量也与燃烧温度明显关联。最后简要介绍了在此基础上构成的一种炉膛燃烧三维温度分布检测方法,以及将反映炉膛辐射能量的图象灰度作为中间被调量构成的一种新型燃料控制方式,展望了这几种新方法在电站锅炉上的广阔的应用前景。The advantage of monochromatic flame image processing is discussed first, then the experiments on the application of this technique in the measurement of two dimensional temperature distribution of a 200 MW utility boiler are described. The main results are (1) even if the combustion state in the furnace is very steady, the fluctuation of the combustion temperature reached up to 1800 K, (2) the combustion temperature varied with the fuel adjustment process, and (3) the temperatures on the surface of the superheaters and of the flue gases are associated closely with the combustion temperature. A measurement method of three dimensional temperature distribution in utility furnaces based on this technique and a new two loop fuel control strategy, which takes the average grey scale of the flame radiative images as an intermediate controlled parameter, are described briefly, and the application potential of these new methods are discussed.
