摘 要:为实现面向产品全生命周期的设计质量评估,有效支持面向产品全生命周期设计开发,研究了设计质量评估体系模型的层次结构及其构建方法,提出了质量目标层、质量指标层、质量特征层3层评估体系模型,以及各层次相关指标的描述方法;应用质量工具方法和基于案例的智能支持方法等,构建了评估体系模型的过程模型,将评估体系模型的构建过程分为2个阶段:评估体系模型的配置过程及评估体系模型的优化确认过程。将质量功能配置加以改进,应用于评估体系模型的构建。最后,通过具体应用实例证明了上述方法的有效性与实用性。To realize Design Quality Evaluation (DQE) in product-oriented overall lifecycle and support the development of product-oriented overall lifecycle, the hierarchical architecture and its construction techniques of DQE sys tem model were studied. The three-layer DQE system model including quality targets layer, quality index layer and quality characteristics layer was put forward and index representation methods to relevant layers were also proposed. DQE construction process model was also put forward based on quality tools method and Case-based Reasoning (CBR) method. The model construction process was divided into two stages: DQE model configuration process and DQE model confirmation process. The advanced Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method was applied in the construction process of evaluation system model. Finally the validity and feasibility of the above-mentioned method has been proved by an application example.
