摘  要:南堡1井是冀东油田目前钻探最深的一口位于渤海海域内的勘探井,完钻井深为5180 m。该井自上而下钻遇平原组、明化镇组、馆陶组、东营组、沙河街组和太古界,由于地层复杂,上部地层极易水化分散、吸水膨胀, 下部地层可钻性差,易于坍塌掉块;玄武岩地层多且段长,井底温度高(最高达175℃);古潜山地层易发生井漏、井喷事故。根据该井特点,全井采用防塌聚合物钻井液、聚合物正电聚醇钻井液和正电聚醇-甲酸盐钻井液体系。结果表明,该体系具有良好的抑制性和润滑防塌性能,抗盐抗高温稳定性强,维护简单,安全环保,适合于海上生产深井和超深井施工的需要。Nanpu lwell is the most deep well of Jidong oil field , situated on Nanpu Block in Bohai area. TD of this well is 5180 m. From top to bottom, the well meets Pingyuan formations, Minghuazhen formations. Guantao formations. Dongying formations. Shahejie formations and Taigujie formations. Formations of this well are very complex: upper formations is easy to hydrous dilation; under formations is very hard to drill, casing the formatins easy to collpase; the thick of basalt is very deep and much more; the temperature of bottom well reached 175℃; the problem of lost circulation and well kicking are easy meet in the buried formation. Base on this peculiaity of the well, different drilling fluid and matching technologies were used in different holes, they are polymer drilling fluid, polymer/positive-charged polyglycol drilling fluid, positive-charged polyglycol/formate drilling fluid. Results showed it satisfied requirements of drilling in complex formation,they having good properties such as inhibition, lubrication, anti-collapse, thermal stability, pormation protection. This drilling fluid satisfied drilling requirements of deep and exceed deep well in ocean.
