摘  要:河南油田多年来应用的阴离子型聚合物PAC钻井液存在抑制泥页岩分散造浆能力不足的缺陷,导致体系中亚微米粒子含量高、密度上升过快、固相过度积累(达13%),性能稳定时间短,严重影响了机械钻速和井下安全。2003年通过室内评价和现场试验,推广应用了抑制性钾-铵聚合物钻井液。该钻井液以“高分子强力包被剂乳液”聚丙烯酰胺钾盐TL-A02(分子量为600万-1400万)为主剂,中分子选用PAC141(或FA367),依靠超长分子链多点吸附钻屑,不同分子量聚合物的协同增效作用,提高钻井液的抑制包被能力和控制滤失能力。该钻井液在一般固控设备条件下,就能实现低粘、低切、低固相(≤7%)优质钻井液钻井,与同区块其它钻井液体系相比,机械钻速提高了24.7%(达11.29 m/h),钻井周期缩短了38.9%,钻井液成本下降了8%,在钻进过程中还实现了劣质钻井液的零排放。The anionic polymer-PAC drilling fluid system consistently used in he past years in Henan Oilfield appeared as its inhibitive ability be not strong enough so that the penetration rate was low and down hole troubles were frequently uncountered since the overload of the micro colloidal particles in the system. A new drilling fluid system - Inhibitive Potassium-Ammonium Polymer Drilling Fluid system was successfully developed in lab and brought in field application in 2003. This system is composed of H. M. W. (6× 103-14×103) potassium polyacrylamide TL-A02 accompanied by PAC-141 or FA367 and the composition assured the system to possess low viscosity, low gels and low solid content (<7%). Compared with other systems applied in the same areas, the ROP raised up by 24. 7% (about 11. 29 m/h), the drilling term was shortened by 38. 9% and the mud cost was decreased by 8% when this mud system was used instead. Besides these privileges, non-discard of excessive mud was realized in the wells in that this mud system was used.
