摘　　要：目的:探讨促红细胞生成素(Epo)多克隆抗体是否具有拮抗Epo所致的高原红细胞增多症患者骨髓红系增殖活性的功能。方法:抽取高原红细胞增多症病人骨髓,分离单个核细胞,进行红系定向体外培养,观察加入Epo及Epo多克隆抗体对红系集落形成单位(CFU-E)的影响。结果:Epo多克隆抗体体外能抑制高原红细胞增多症病人骨髓红系增殖。结论:Epo抗体可以显著拮抗Epo促红细胞增生作用。Objective： To observe the effects of polyclonal antierythropoietin antibody on stimulating colony - forming unit - erythropoiesis（CFU - E） in the cultured marrows from high altitude polycythemia （HAPC） patients. Methods. Marrows were collected from HAPC patients and the mononuclear cells in the marrows were isolated for erythroid oriented culture. Then the level of CFU - E formation was investigated under the condition treated with erythropoietin（EPO） or EPO and polyelonal antierythropoietin antibody. Results： CFU - E formation was significantly suppressed by polyelonal antierythropoietin antibody. Condusionl polyelonal antierythropoietin antibody is able to inhibit the E：PO activity stimulating colony - forming unit - erythroid proliferation.
