摘　　要：介绍了重庆顾地塑胶电器有限公司开发的三层复合PVC-U静音排水管，内、外皮层由PVC树脂、冲击改性剂、加工改性剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、填料和颜料组成，吸音芯层由PVC树脂、加工改性剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、颜料、弹性体吸音材料和固体吸音材料组成。该PVC-U静音排水管可使排水噪声下降14～18dB，比普通PVC-U排水管的排水噪声低3-8 dB，比普通铸铁排水管排水噪声还要低。The soundproof drainage pipes made of three- layer PVC- U composite have been developed by Chongqing Goody Plastic ＆ Rubber Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. The inner and outer skin are constituted of PVC resin, impact modifier, processing modifier, stabilizer, lubricant, filler and colorant, and the sound - absorbing core layer is constituted of PVC resin, processing modifier, stabilizer, lubricant, colorant, sound absorption elastomer and sound absorption solid material. The draining noise of this kind of soundproof PVC- U pipes can be lowered by 14 - 18 dB, be 3 - 8 dB lower than that of common PVC-U drain pipes;and even be lower than that of common cast iron pipes.
