改性聚氨酯热粘性能及力学性能

摘  要:用低熔点聚酯对热塑性聚氨酯进行改性,并对所制备的复合薄膜进行热粘合强度、DSC、透湿性、耐静水压以及力学等各项性能测试。结果表明,在聚氨酯材料中加入低熔点聚酯可以大大提高薄膜的热熔粘合性能,并能显著降低热粘合温度。低熔点聚酯的加入会对聚氨酯薄膜的透湿性以及柔软性产生不利影响。因此,在达到改善热熔粘合性目的的同时,聚酯的添加量应控制在适当的范围内。Films for lamination were prepared via a melt blending of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU ) and polyester with low melt point, and their moisture permeability, thermal bonding properties, resistance to hydrostatic pressure and mechanical properties were tested. The investigation demonstrated that the peel strength was improved and lamination temperature decreased when the polyester was added. However, it would also result in negative effect to moisture permeability and softness. Therefore, the introduction amount of the polyester with low melt point into the TPU should be controlled in the proper range so as to realize the goal of improving its heat-melt adhesion.
