摘　　要：阐述了中小型学校图书馆数字化建设的原则,提出了图书馆数字化资源建设的对策,指出应加强馆员的队伍建设,提高人员素质,做好导读工作。This paper has described the principles of building digital library in medium- and small-size school libraries, and put forward plans of building digital libraries. Finally, the anthor jumps into the conclusion that we should strengthen the construction of the administrators＇ team, and improve the overall quality of the library administrators, and improve the work of introduction.
