摘　　要：Anticoagulant activity was examined by activated partial thromboplastin time assay, and the activatedprotein C-specific amidolytic activity was examined with chromogenic peptide substrate (Pefachrome? PCa). After screening8 species of Chinese snake venoms for the above two activities, it was found that Agkistrodon halys venom might containthe activated protein C like enzyme.Anticoagulant activity was examined by activated partial thromboplastin time assay, and the activated protein C-specific amidolytic activity was examined with chromogenic peptide substrate （Pefachrome PCa）. After screening 8 species of Chinese snake venoms for the above two activities, it was found that Agkistrodon halys venom might contain the activated protein C like enzyme.
