摘　　要：建立了HPLC法测定前列安栓中盐酸小檗碱的含量。采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-0.025mol/L十二烷基硫酸钠溶液(50∶25∶25),检测波长347nm。盐酸小檗碱在20～200μg/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.4%。A HPLC method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Qianliean suppositories was established. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0, lmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-0.025mol/L sodium laurylsulfate solution （50 ： 25 ： 25） at detection wavelength of 347nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 20 - 200μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.3 % with RSD of 1.4%.
