摘  要:目的研究附子中脂类生物碱(脂碱)的溶解性,确定四逆汤中脂碱的来源。方法利用电喷雾离子阱质谱分析比较生附子、四逆汤、煎煮后生附子药渣、生附子与半夏共煎液中的生物碱。结果在四逆汤中检测到少量脂碱,在生附子与半夏共煎液中未检测到脂碱,脂碱成为煎煮过生附子中的主要生物碱。结论脂碱在加热条件下也不溶于水,在四逆汤中检测到的脂碱来源于双酯型生物碱的酯交换反应。Objective To study the solubility of lipo-alkaloids from prepared aconite root (Radiz Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) and identify the sources of lipo-alkaloids in Sini Decoction. Methods The electrospray ionization mass spectrometry was employed to analyze the alkaloids in crude aconite roots, Sini Decoction, the gruffs of concocted aconite roots and the decoction of prepared aconite root and pinellia tuber (Rhizorna Pinellae). Results Lipo-alkaloids were observed in Sini Decoction, however, no lipoalkaloids were found in the decoction of aconite roots with pinellia tuber. Lipo-alkaloids were the dominant components in the gruffs of concocted aconite roots. Conclusion Lipo-alkaloids are barely soluble in boiling water. The alkaloids existed in the Sini Decoction stem from the ester-exchange reactions of diester-diterpenoid alkaloids and fatty acid in the boiling water.
