摘 要:用离子交换法制备Hβ沸石,然后再用浸渍法制备不同Mg含量的Hβ沸石样品,通过XRD、NH3-TPD和FT-IR等手段表征了样品的晶相、酸量及酸性,考察了β-甲基萘在样品上的催化性能。结果表明:随着Mg含量的增加,样品的结晶度、酸量下降,酸强度增加;样品对β-甲基萘的催化活性与酸量相对应,异构化选择性高于歧化选择性。A series of Hβ zeolite samples were prepared by ion-cxchange method at different roasting temperature. The above samples were characterized by means of XRD, FT - IR and NH3-TPD. The catalytic properties on β-MN sample were observed. The results showed that the crystallinity and the acid amount of samples were fallen-off with the elevated roasting temperature. The activity and acid amount were relevant, The selectivity of isomerization was higher than the selectivity of disproportionation, DMN was easily produced from β-MN at 400℃ reaction temperature,
