摘  要:纳伏(nV)正弦信号测量是微弱信号检测领域里的一个尖端课题,本文针对文献[1]nV正弦信号测量方法中所存在的问题,首次提出了互谱模型参数谱估计的理论及方法,这是对传统的非参数互谱估计方法的一个重大改进。对1nV正弦信号的实测结果表明,该方法的互谱估计性能大大优干传统的互谱周期图法。结合1nV正弦信号测量的实际问题,文中还讨论了正弦信号幅值估计及测量线路设计等问题。The measurement of nano-volt(nV) sinusoidal signal is one of the most important problems in the field of weak signal measurement. In this paper, in order to solve the problems in the measurement method for nV sinusoidal signal in the reference paper [1], the theory and the method for the parameters estimation of the cross-spectral models are presented which is an important improvement on the classical non-model cross-spectral estimation methods. The measurement result of 1nV sinusoidal signal shows that the spectral estimation performances of the paper's cross-spectral method are much better than that of the classical cross-periodogram method. The problems such as the amplitude estimation and the measurement circuit of 1nV sinusoidal signal are also studied in the paper.
