摘　　要：分析了喷胶过程中影响合成革基布质量的各种因素,用正交实验设计方法,给出了针刺合成革基布在喷胶工艺中的最优化工艺设计。通过计算的结果实施工艺,取得了较好的效果。This article analyzed several factors in progress of spray-bonding which affect the base-cloth for synthetic leather. A new method named orthogonal experiment design that can figure out the supreme design of craft in spray-bonding craft of needle-punching Synthetic leather substrates. And using the result to guide the craft finally took the pleased result.
