某喷雾消毒剂杀菌性能的试验观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察以十二烷基苄铵、乙醇为主要杀菌成分的一种喷雾消毒剂的杀菌效果。[方法]按卫生部《消毒技术规范》2002年版要求,进行实验室杀菌效果、稳定性、金属腐蚀性及毒性进行试验研究。[结果]该喷雾消毒剂原液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用2.5 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;对龟分枝杆菌作用5 min,平均杀灭对数值均>4.00;对白色葡萄球菌作用30 min,平均杀灭率为99.94%。对物体表面喷雾消毒作用10 min,对自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为2.14。放置54℃、RH≥75%环境中14 d,十二烷基苄铵含量下降率为0.459%;对碳钢为轻度腐蚀,对不锈钢、铜、铝均基本无腐蚀。毒性试验表明,雌、雄小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50>5 000 mg/kg(体重);急性吸入毒性试验LC50>10 000 mg/kg(体重);对白兔急性眼刺激试验属无刺激性;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核作用。[结论]该喷雾消毒剂为复方消毒剂,主要成分十二烷基苄铵、乙醇,具有较好杀菌效果。使用方便、易溶于水。对金属基本无腐蚀,属实际无毒,性能稳定,无刺激性物质。[Objective]To study the sterilization effect of one spray disinfectant which main ingredient were dodecyl bretylium and ethanol. [Methods]To test the sterilization effect, stability, metallic corrosion and toxicity in accordance with ＇Technical Standard for Disinfection, 2002 edition＇, [Results]The average killing log value of colibacillus and staphylococcus aureus exposed to raw disinfectant solution for 2, 5 min was 〉5.00, and that of mycobacterium chelonae exposed to raw disinfectant solution for 5 min was 〉4. 00. The raw disinfectant solution with a 30 min contact time killed 99. 94% of staphylococcus albus, The average killing log value of natural bacteria on body surface exposed to raw disinfectant solution for 10 min was 2, 14. After storing at 54 ℃ for 14 days,the content of dodecyl bretylium decreased by 0.459%, immerging in the disinfectant caused slight corrosion for carbon steel and no corrosion for stainless steel, copper and aluminum. LD50 of this disinfectant solution was greater than 5 000 mg/kg by acute mouse oral test,and LC50 was greater than 10 000 mg/kg by acute mouse inhalation . Rabbit eye irritative test was negative, and the mieronucleus test was negative. [Conclusion]This spray disinfector possessed good germicidal effect, it was actually non-toxic, and had no irritation and no bad effects to circumstance.
