摘　　要：[目的]探讨HBV前S1抗原(Pre-S1)作为临床常规检测项目的价值。[方法]对白求恩国际和平医院2004年13 246名门诊、住院病人Pre-S1的检测结果进行分析。[结果]检测13 246份血清,HBsAg阳性率为11.71%,Pre-S1阳性率为7.14%。Pre-S1阳性率,HBsAg阳性者为60.67%,HBsAg阴性者为0.04%。[结论]检测Pre-S1对于HBsAg阴性者的意义不大,对HBeAg阳性者的意义也有待探讨。[Objective]To explore the value of HBV Pre-S1 as a routine clinical detection item. [Methods]The Pre-S1 detection results of 13 246 out-patients and hospital patients at the Bethune international peace hospital in 2004 were analyzed. [Results]In the 13 246 sera,the positive rate of HBsAg and Pre-S1 is 60.67% and 7.14%. The positive rate of Pre-S1 in HBsAg positive patients is 60.67%, but in HBsAg negative patients is 0. 04%. [Conclusion]The meaning of Pre-S1 detection to HBsAg negative patients is small, to HBeAg positive patients needing discussions.
