摘　　要：概述X线、CT、MRI、介入放射学以及分子影像技术的发展,医学影像设备引导临床医学影像的不断进步。医学影像数字化技术的应用和发展,可更多的、更准确的获得医学影像信息,使诊断水平不断提高,它已显示出对肿瘤学、心脏病学、神经病学、器官移植、新药开发等研究领域的重要价值。21世纪医学影像学必将得到更快、更好及更全面的发展,对人类的健康将做出更大的贡献。We summarize the devdopment of X-ray, CT, MRI, Involvement Radidogy and Melecular Image Technology. Clinical medical image make great progress by the medical image equipment. Application and development of medical image digital technique play an important role in acquiring more accurately image data and in improving the level of diagnosis and researching in tumorology, Cardiacology, Neurulogy, Organ transplant and developing new medicine, etc. In the 21st century medical image technique will be faster, better and completely developed and will make a larger eontribution to human＇s health.
